Training Philosophy

The Progressive Dynamics Training Philosophy includes three levels of learning for adults:

Level 1: Perception
Knowing about an idea, concept or tool, but not being able to implement it. To successfully achieve level 1, we use a strong content rich EDUCATION based training process.

Level 2: Replication
Knowing how to implement, but only by following a model, copying an example, or by following directions. To reinforce the education bed, role-play techniques are employed to provide a better understanding of the material presented. In other words, "practice makes perfect". The more the person gains control and   understanding through the use of the material, the higher the confidence will be.   This breeds MOTIVATION to continue the use of it

Level 3: Mastery
Knowing material well enough to use the concepts, ideas, and tools in a way that is natural and professional. At this level, the individual has both the confidence and understanding to use the material in a positive manner that will be successful and profitable. This level breeds MASTERY and allows the individual to continue on to great success.

Dictorial Lecture Training
In dictatorial lecture training, the instructor presents information and assumes the material is absorbed. This is ineffective because knowing about something is not the same as knowing how to implement it. Additionally, mastery of skills is not accomplished instantly. It takes practice.

What Makes Training Fail

• Confusion between "program" and "process"
• Lack of structured format and or curriculum
• Students are not always comfortable with what they are taught
• Students do not accept and adopt because they are not part of the process
• Instructor does not properly convey information
• Not enough interaction between the trainer and the students
• Material too complicated or confusing
• Lecture style doesnt hold interest
• Lack of follow-up training and ongoing reinforcement
• Lack of integration into the existing business

What Makes Training Succeed!

• Structure - a logical and organized track to follow
• Highly qualified, professional instructors
• Role-play interaction
• Adaptable methods to insure all students can perform
• Real world programs and processes that work - not theories that sound good
• Continual follow-up to monitor dedication to the concepts
